Compare signed document versions

Learn how to review changes made in a document after signing in Adobe Acrobat.

Select Signatures from the right panel.

Select the signature from the Signatures panel.

Select Options , then select Compare Signed Version to Current Version. 

The Option menu of the Signature Panel displays the following options: Sign Document, Certify with Visible Signature, Go to Signature Field, Validate Signature, Validate All Signatures, Clear All Signatures, View Signed Version, Compare Signed Version to Current Version, Add Verification Information, Show Signature Properties, and Legal Notice.
Select Compare Signed Version to Current Version to check for changes made after signing.

Review the information in the dialog box that opens and select OK.
