Learn how to manage access requests for your shared PDFs in Acrobat on desktop.
As the owner of a shared PDF file, you will receive both an email and an in-app notification in Acrobat when someone requests access to the file.
Select Manage Access in the email received or the app notification.
Select Accept or Decline to respond to the access request.
