On the homepage of Adobe Illustrator, select New file > any artboard > select Create.

Learn how to place linked Photoshop documents.
Select File > Place. A dialog appears to select the file from your computer or cloud documents.
Select Open Cloud Document.
Select your PSD cloud document and select Place.
Click anywhere on your canvas to place the Photoshop document.
Poznámka:
Select Linked File in the Properties panel to view the linked file information.
