You can edit generated images using quick actions available directly from each variation. Open images in different editing modes, generate similar variations, improve quality, or share your results with just a few clicks.
Use the following options to download, share, or edit the generated image.

Open the image in Firefly image editor, where you can use the Prompt to Edit feature to modify the image using text-based prompts. |

Open the image directly in the generative fill editor to add new elements or replace old ones. |

Remove |
Open the image directly in the generative remove editor to remove unwanted elements. |

Upscale |
Open the image in the generative upscaler to improve the image's quality and resolution. |

Generate similar |
Rerun the prompt used with the adjusted settings to generate image variations. |

Use as composition reference |
Use the image as a composition reference to generate another set of image variations. |

Favorite |
Save the generated image as a favorite and access it anytime from the Favorites tab on the Your Stuff page.
Note
Starting August 27, 2025, browser-saved favorites will be available for 30 more days. After that, they will be permanently deleted, and this action cannot be undone. To keep your favorites, download them to your device or open them to save to your generation history. |

Share options |
Copy the image, use Image to video to automatically set it as the first frame for generating a video, use Submit to gallery to share it on the Firely gallery, open it in Photoshop web or Adobe Express. |
