Applies to enterprise.

Generative credit pool enables assigned users to continue using premium generative features after exhausting their monthly generative credit limit.

Assign users to a Generative credit pool-enabled product profile for accessing premium features using the organization's Firefly Services or Firefly Creative Production operations quota.

Eligibility

  • Plans
    • Firefly Services or Firefly Creative Production
    • Creative Cloud for enterprise - Edition 4 or Creative Cloud for enterprise - Edition 4 with Premium Stock
  • Contract: Enterprise term license agreement (ETLA)
  • Persona: System administrator

Benefits of Generative credit pool

  • Balances uneven consumption across teams by sharing the operations quota at the organization level
  • Avoids user disruption by automatically extending access to premium generative features
  • Empowers the admin to control who gets the Generative credit pool access

How it works

The Generative credit pool allows your high-usage teams to continue using premium generative features, such as Text to Video, when they run out of their allotted monthly generative credits. Users start drawing from the shared pool of Firefly Services and Firefly Creative Production operations in a predefined ratio.

Tip

At the beginning of a new month, users' individual generative credit limits are reset. Assigned users stop drawing from the Generative credit pool and start using their monthly generative credits

How to assign users to Generative credit pool

  1. Navigate to the Admin Console Products section.

  2. In the All products and services section, select Firefly Services or Firefly Creative Production.

  3. Under the Product profiles section, select an existing profile or create a new profile.

  4. If you are creating a new profile, add details for your product profile and turn on the Notification toggle   if you want to notify your users by email.

  5. Under the Enable services section, turn OFF the Disable Generative Credit Pool toggle and select Save.

  6. Now, add target users to this product profile to allow them access to the Generative credit pool.

The users under the credit pool product profile can now continue using premium generative features beyond their allotted monthly generative credits.

Common questions

In the Admin Console, assign your selected users to a product profile that includes the Firefly Services or Firefly Creative Production offer. Once their individual monthly generative credits are exhausted, only users assigned to such product profiles can draw from the Generative credit pool.

Credit consumption from the pool follows the contractual true-up process associated with Firefly Services and Firefly Creative Production. Admins can monitor usage at the organization level, and usage above the available credit pool quota is charged according to the ETLA contract terms.

Generative credit pool reporting is available at the organization level. Contact your Adobe representative to request a report on your organization’s consumption of operations quota.

Yes. Admins can toggle access on or off for each product profile in the Admin Console. This gives you control over which teams or roles can benefit from access to the Generative credit pool.
