Learn how to quickly group your cloud-based photos by visual similarity or capture time into stacks.

Follow along with any project to learn how to edit photos in Lightroom.

Open an album and select Assisted Culling > Stack.

Select the criteria you want to use to stack your photos.

  • Time: Groups photos captured within a specific time interval.
  • Visual similarity: Groups photos that look alike based on visual elements. The best photo is chosen and made the Stack cover.

Drag the slider to refine the result and view updates.

In the Organize Results section, select Create Stacks.

Note

Stack is only available for Cloud photos.
