Edit speaker names in transcription

Learn how to use the Edit speakers feature to update the names of dialogue speakers in your transcripts.

In the source transcript, select the  icon next to the speaker.

Select Edit speaker name.

In the Edit speakers dialog box, add the name of the speakers to the transcript.

The Edit speakers dialog box is open and it has options to rename and also add a new speaker.
Use the Edit speakers feature to update the names of speakers in your transcripts.
