The Generate presentation tool in Adobe Acrobat helps you create professional-quality presentations in minutes. You can start a presentation with just an idea or start with your existing files. The tool helps you quickly build clear, well-structured slides using templates, automatic layouts, and AI-recommended visuals.

Generate a presentation

Choose how you want to begin:

From scratch: Go to the presentation builder page and type a detailed prompt or choose from the curated presentations.
From existing files: Go to the presentation builder page and select Add files to upload files, add links, or paste text. Select a suggested prompt or write your own.
From a PDF Space: Open your PDF Space and select Present from the left pane. Select a suggested prompt or write your own.

A PDF Space in Acrobat Studio shows suggested prompts, where the prompt to create a presentation from the files is highlighted in orange. — You can select the presentation generation prompt to turn your PDF Spaces files into a presentation.

Select Customize and then set the number of slides, audience, details, and file image usage as required.

Choose a template and select Next.

Review the outline, edit the slide content, and drag to reorder slides as needed.

Nota:

You can further adjust the prompt, tone, detail, audience, and file image usage anytime by selecting Edit Prompt

Select Generate to create your presentation (powered by Adobe Express).

Use the Adobe Express-powered tools in the left panel to:

Edit text, layout, and structure
Add media
Adjust themes
Recreate slides
Apply other enhancements as needed

Use the Edit page tools for animations, translations, resizing, or image replacement.

Edit tools panel open beside a slide, allowing customizations to a single slide or every slide. — Adjust your slides with Resize, Animate, Replace, Translate, and Bulk create controls for single or multiple slides.

Nota:

Presentation files are saved both in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express.

Finalize and share the presentation:

Select Download from the top menu and export as PDF, PNG, JPG, or PPTX.
Share via link or email.
Present directly from Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Express.
