  2. Pilih Lihat invois untuk pelan atau produk anda.

Jika anda mempunyai Keahlian Creative Cloud untuk pasukan, hanya pentadbir utama boleh melihat maklumat pengebilan yang dikaitkan dengan akaun anda.

Lihat pautan ke Kedai Adobe dan bukannya invois?

Jika anda melihat pautan ke Kedai Adobe dalam bahagian Pesanan dan invois, ikut arahan di bawah untuk mencari invois anda.

  1. Dalam bahagian Pesanan dan invois, pilih pautan Kedai Adobe.

  2. Jika digesa, masukkan Adobe ID (alamat e-mel) dan kata laluan anda.

  3. Dalam skrin Maklumat Pelan, pilih Lihat Sejarah Transaksi.

  4. Pilih invois Pesanan atau ID Transaksi yang ingin anda cetak.

  5. Dalam skrin yang muncul, pilih sama ada Lihat Invois atau Butiran Pesanan, bergantung pada wilayah anda.

  6. Dalam skrin yang dipaparkan, pilih sama ada butang Cetakkan atau Cetak, bergantung pada wilayah anda.

  7. Untuk mencetak invois, pilih ikon Cetak pemapar PDF, atau pilih Fail > Cetak dalam pelayar anda.
