On the Photoshop on iPhone homescreen, select Create new to create or import content.

Use layers to make non-destructive edits to images.
Select Add image to add a secondary image as a new layer.
Open the Layers panel and select the layer you want to edit.
Adjust the following settings as needed:
- Blend and opacity: Control how a layer blends with layers below it and adjust its transparency.
- Create mask: Hide or reveal specific areas of a layer.
- Transform: Resize, rotate, flip, or reposition a layer on the canvas.
Select the checkmark to commit the change.
