  • Enable closed captions: Always ensure closed captions are enabled under Publish settings in your Project properties before generating transcripts.

Managing AI avatars

When using AI avatars alongside transcripts, prevent audio conflicts by following these guidelines:

  • Single slide management: To disable the avatar on a specific slide, select the slide, open the Visual properties panel, scroll down to Settings, and turn off Enable Avatar.

  • Project-level management: To disable avatars across the project, turn off Enable avatar on all slides in Project properties.
