In the Plans and payment window, select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
Select Cancel your plan.
You can’t cancel your plan if we're processing your payment or if there is a problem with the payment. Wait for 24 hours and try again.
Check your plan details and then select Continue to cancel.
Select the reason for cancellation, and then select Continue.
Review the cancellation details and then select Confirm cancellation.
If you have more than one plan, each plan must be cancelled separately. Cancelling one plan does not cancel your other active plans. Check your Adobe account to review which plans are still active.
Check your email for a confirmation from Adobe or verify the cancellation on your account page.
What happens after you cancel
Depending on the type of plan you have, here’s what happens after you cancel:
- If you have a month-to-month or an annual, prepaid plan: Your access to paid apps and services continues until the end of your current billing period.
- If you have an annual plan, paid monthly: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you'll receive a full refund. For each annual commitment, if you cancel after 14 days and before the end of month 4, you'll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation, and your service will continue for two more months at no charge. If you cancel after the end of month 4, you'll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation, and your service will continue only until the end of that month's billing period.
After your access ends, your Adobe account stays active, and you keep access to free membership benefits. Learn more about account access after plan cancellation.
Reactivate within billing period
If you have a month-to-month or an annual, prepaid plan and change your mind after cancelling, you can easily reactivate your plan from your Adobe account before your current billing period ends. Once you reactivate, your apps, services, and storage will be restored, and billing will continue as scheduled.
If you still see a charge after cancelling, this is usually the final charge for your current billing period. Learn more about billing charges.
Cancellation fee and refunds
A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn more about refund eligibility when you cancel your plan.
