Renew your Adobe account with a nonprofit discount

Last updated on 15 Sep 2026

Verify your nonprofit status to continue with the discounted plan and avoid upgrading to the standard subscription price.

If you're an Acrobat Pro nonprofit customer on an annual prepaid subscription, you can continue using your discounted or no-cost offers after verifying that you're still eligible.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Your Adobe account login credentials.
  • Current proof of eligibility, such as an organization name or ID.
  • Access to the email address associated with your Adobe account.
Note

If you purchased your Creative Cloud apps through our legacy partner, TechSoup, you can keep using them at the nonprofit discount.

Verify nonprofit status using the email link

Check your email for a notification from Adobe about your upcoming renewal.

Select the verification link in the email to begin the process.

Sign in to your Adobe account if prompted.

Confirm your nonprofit details on the verification page.

Submit your information for review.

Wait for verification confirmation. Review by Adobe's verification partner, Goodstack, typically takes 2–4 business days. Once verified, your discount automatically continues at your next billing cycle.

If you don't complete verification, or if Adobe determines your organization no longer qualifies, your account automatically renews at the standard subscription price. You keep full access to your files, assets, and apps, but only the discount is affected.

If you are an Adobe Express nonprofit customer, your plan doesn't automatically renew. You must reapply each year through the Adobe for Nonprofits application.
