Fixed issues in Adobe Audition version 26.2

• Opening the Add Tracks dialog box in the Multitrack Editor no longer appears broken at 175% DPI when the application language is set to German.
• Using the Paint Brush Selection Tool in the Spectral Editor and clicking in the spectral view no longer generates a "Bad Array Length" assert.
• Applying the Chorus effect from the Effects menu during playback no longer causes Audition to crash.
