Issue

When you launch a CS3 product, Acrobat 8, or Photoshop Elements 6, on Mac OS 10, a blank screen for registration appears.
An error "Registration - Connection Failure" is encountered when you attempt to register the software.

Solution

Click Never Register, in the registration prompt window.

Additional information

The registration service was shut down when the ability to register software titles on http://www.adobe.com/ was added.
