Issue

When you launch a CS3 product, Acrobat 8, or Photoshop Elements 6, on Mac OS 10, a blank screen for registration appears. The product is unresponsive.

Solution

  1. Disconnect your Internet connection by disconnecting the cable or by turning off Wi-Fi.
  2. Relaunch the Adobe application.
  3. When the registration prompt appears, select "Never Register."
  4. Connect to the Internet.
