Enable local fonts access in Acrobat on the web

Acrobat on the web can access and use fonts installed on your device to display PDFs as intended. Enabling local font access ensures better text rendering and document fidelity. Learn how to grant permission for a smoother viewing experience.

  1. Sign in to Acrobat on the web using your account credentials.

  2. Open a document in edit mode and then select any text.

  3. In the URL bar of the page, select  to open the browser settings menu.

  4. On the dialog box that opens, turn the toggle on for Fonts.  

    It allows the Acrobat on the web fonts menu to access the local fonts on your device.
