Generation history overview

Firefly automatically saves your generated media- images and videos under Files. This space allows you to easily access your previously generated media, browse through and select the image, videos, or audio you want to view, edit, or transform.

Filter, select, and sort images, videos, and audio

You can select the category drop-down menu to sort and filter the generations, viewing only images, video, audio, or all generated content. Filtering images by file type can help you quickly access the generation you need. While the multi-select icon can be used to select multiple generations to either Download, Favourite, Add to projects, or Delete these generations permanently. Additionally, you can also select the sort icon to sort generations by Date created or reverse their order.

Modify and favourite your generations

To access the modification and other options for each generation, you can open the context menu by selecting the three dots. The context menu allows you to:

• Open: Open the selected generation in the editor view for editing.
• Open in Adobe Express: Only for images, this option lets you open the selected image in Adobe Express.
• Download: Save the selected generation output to your local device.
• Favorite: Add the item to your Favorites tab for easy access.
• Share public link: Create a public link to share your generation with anyone.
• Add to: Organize generations by adding them to a specific project, or save it to a folder in Your files.
• Delete permanently: Remove the item from your generation history.

Modify images and videos via Generation History

Your Stuff section in Firefly for iPhone makes it easy to browse, edit, and share anything you’ve created. Open it from the homescreen to access your Generation history, then select any image or video to explore the next steps you can take.

• Share: Send your creation to other apps or save it directly to your device using the Share option.
• Download: Quickly save a copy of the generated image or video to your mobile device.
• Modify: Available for images only, this menu offers several creative tools.
  • Image to video lets you use the generation as a starting point to generate a new video.
  • Generative Fill adds or removes elements and objects to the image.
  • Generative Remove clears or replaces unwanted objects from the image.
  • Expand Image adjusts the size and aspect ratio of your image.
  • Prompt to Edit lets you make changes to the image using simple text prompts.
• Open In: Continue editing your images in Express, Photoshop, or Premiere. Videos can only be opened in Express or Premiere.
• Adjust settings: Reopen the original generation screen for the selected file to tweak or recreate your result.
