In Adobe Express Photos, Create guide automatically captures your clicks as you complete a task, then uses AI to generate a formatted guide you can open in Microsoft Word. Teams across an organization use it in different ways:
- HR teams: Create employee onboarding guides and software training materials.
- Sales and customer success teams: Build product tutorials, setup guides, and customer walkthroughs.
- Marketing teams: Document campaign launches, customer journeys, and partnership onboarding.
- Product and IT teams: Document UI workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and internal processes.

Capture full webpages and long-form content in a single seamless screenshot.
Create a guide
Tip
You can also open the capture overlay by selecting Capture screenshot on the Express Photos home screen.
Select Create guide to start capturing your workflow.
Complete your workflow as usual.
Express Photos captures a screenshot each time you make a selection.
When you finish, AI turns your captures into a formatted guide, and a notification appears.
When the notification appears, select Open in Microsoft Word to open the formatted guide, or select View screenshots to see the captured images.
Review and edit your guide in Microsoft Word.
Note
Your guides and screenshots are saved to the Windows screenshots folder in a date-stamped subfolder, such as Guide Jul 26 2026. You can also open them from Guides tab in Adobe Express Photos.
Share or export your guide.
