On the Adobe Express Photos Home, select Open image or Capture screenshot.

Follow along with any project to learn how to rotate an image.
To capture a screenshot, drag the cursor to highlight the area you want.
On the top panel, select Edit.
Select Crop in the left panel.
Select Rotate left or Rotate right .
Select Save to apply changes to the original image.
Select Save > Save as to download a copy, and then select a location on your device.
