On the Adobe Express Photos Home, select Open image or Capture screenshot.

Learn how to apply shapes to an image to highlight content and enhance creativity using the Adobe Express Photos app on Windows.
To capture a screenshot, drag the cursor to highlight the area you want.
On the top panel, select Edit.
Select Markup in the left panel.
Select a shape from the Shapes section, then drag and position it to highlight areas of your image using lines, arrows, circles, or boxes.
Tip
Use circles to highlight details, lines to emphasize content, arrows to point out details, and boxes to draw attention to key sections.
Select Save to apply changes to the original image.
Select Save > Save as to download a copy, and then select a location on your device.
