Screen Recording in Adobe Express Photos helps you quickly capture and share what’s happening on your screen in real time. View and record workflows, feedback, and updates in just a few clicks, making communication faster and collaboration easier. Screen Recording is useful across a range of everyday workflows:
- Team communication and collaboration: Record quick updates, walkthroughs, or explanations to help teammates stay aligned without needing live meetings.
- Training and onboarding: Create step-by-step tutorials and guides to help employees and customers learn tools and workflows more quickly.
- Product demos and presentations: Capture product features, workflows, or prototypes to showcase ideas and deliver personalized demonstrations.
- Reporting bugs and technical issues: Record issues as they happen to provide a clear context for troubleshooting.
- Design review and creative feedback: Share visual feedback and walk through designs, documents, or creative assets to streamline collaboration and approvals.
Press PrtScn or Win+Shift+S to launch Adobe Express Photos.
Select the video icon from the floating toolbar.
Drag and select the area on your screen you want to record.
Select the microphone icon to capture the mic.
Select Start recording and walk through the content you want to capture.
When finished, stop the recording. The video is automatically copied to your clipboard and saved to your Screen Recordings folder.
View the video in Adobe Express Photos.
Select Share to share the recording directly, or right-click and select Save to save the video in a new location on your device.
Adobe Express Photos also lets you open and view supported video files stored on your device. Open any supported video file to play it directly in the app. You can then right-click to save it to a new location, or select Share to send it to others.

Yes. You can drag and choose a selected area to record, whether that’s your full screen, a specific window, or a selected area.
You can access your recordings in the Recents gallery at the bottom of the screen recording editing panel or find them saved locally in the Videos folder on your Windows desktop.
