Reposition and resize generated objects

When you use Insert Object, Photoshop Elements creates a Generative Layer for the generated object. Generated variations are added to this layer.

After generating an object, you can reposition and resize it to better fit your image without generating a new object.

In the Layers panel, select the Generative Layer that contains the generated object.

Select the Move tool.

Drag the object to reposition it, or drag the corner handles around the object to resize it as needed.

Select Generate again to generate a new set of variations that align with the updated position and size of the object.
