Certain features not working in Photoshop Elements
Issue
The following features do not work in Photoshop Elements on Windows:
- Moving Photos
- Select Subject
- Smooth Skin
- Colorize Photo
- Auto Selection tool
- Perfect Landscape Guided Edit
Reason
Photoshop Elements is installed at a custom location with double-byte characters in the location path.
Solution
- Uninstall Photoshop Elements from the custom location having double-byte characters. For more information, see Uninstall Adobe Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements.
- Reinstall Photoshop Elements at a location that does not contain any double-byte characters. For more information, see Installing Photoshop Elements.
