Track shared PDF reviews

Learn how to monitor shared reviews for PDFs using Adobe Acrobat.
Under Adobe cloud storage, choose one of the following:
- To view the files sent by you for review, select Shared by you.
- To view the files received for review, select Shared by others.
All the PDFs shared for review are displayed along with the following information:
- NAME: Shows the name of the PDF shared for review.
- SHARING: Shows whether the file is shared or is accessible only to you.
- OPENED: Shows the timestamp of the last activity performed on the PDF.
To view the details of a PDF, select the PDF. A thumbnail of the PDF is displayed in the right pane.
To view the review status and the list of reviewers, expand the list by selecting the arrow key . Based on whether you are an initiator or a reviewer, you can perform any of the following actions:
- To view detailed activity on the review file, select View Activity.
- To add reviewers to the PDF, select Invite Person and enter the names of the reviewers or select Copy Shared Link to share the link with recipients via email.
- To stop sharing the review, select Unshare File.
- To end the review, select Delete Shared File.
- To remove yourself from the review, select Remove Me.
- To report inappropriate or infringing content, select Report Abuse.
To view the comments, double-click the file. The review PDF opens. The comments list is displayed in the right pane.
