What is Store Fulfillment for Adobe Commerce by Walmart Commerce Technologies (“Store Fulfillment”)?
Store Fulfillment serves as a solution for brands with online and physical stores and/or warehouses that are interested in turning their physical locations into fulfillment centers. Store Fulfillment includes Walmart Commerce Technologies’ associate app “Store Assist” to help store associates quickly pick, stage, and hand off the right orders to the right End Users.

1. Store Fulfillment for Adobe Commerce by Walmart Commerce Technologies
Licensing. Store Fulfillment is licensed per Store Fulfilled Order.
Store Fulfillment includes the following standard features:
- Enhanced email communication flows in Adobe Commerce to communicate with the End User for the relevant steps of order fulfillment (order confirmation, order availability for pick up, etc.)
- Inventory visibility on the product description page for each pickup location (store, warehouse, etc.)
- In-store or curbside pickup support
- Walmart Commerce Technologies’ Store Assist app that includes 4 modules:
- Pick – for single and multi-order picking with all relevant order and item information
- Stage – to organize all orders for a seamless handoff process once the End User arrives
- Handoff – to accurately locate the right order for the End User and see End User’s check-in information for a handoff
- Orders – a status module to quickly search for the order’s current status
- Check-in functionality to alert store associates that the End User has arrived for in-store or curbside pick up, where End Users can provide certain check-in information (parking spot, car make, car color, etc.)
What are the requirements to use all Store Fulfillment capabilities?
- Available only for US-based, UK-based, and Canada-based locations
- System requirements: Store Fulfillment is compatible with supported versions of Adobe Commerce as described in the Adobe Commerce Lifecycle Policy (for the latest Adobe Commerce version, compatibility may take up to 30 days of when such version is made generally available)
- At least one physical store or warehouse
- Using Adobe’s Inventory Management for Adobe Commerce (formerly MSI) for inventory management
- Store Assist app minimum requirements:
- Operating system – iOS 12; Android 6
- Hardware – 1GB of RAM, 600MB of free disk space
- Network – minimum 3mbps
DEFINITIONS
Contract Year means the 12 months from the License Term Start Date or each subsequent 12 months thereafter.
End User means any individual or entity of any kind that directly or indirectly through another user: visits, accesses, or uses the Customer Sites.
Store Fulfilled Order means each order placed by an End User via Store Fulfillment, (a) even if such order is later subject to a cancellation, refund, return, chargeback, or any other reversal, voluntary, or involuntary, and (b) regardless of whether Customer receives any payment for such order.
