Learn how to view, filter, reply to, and organize comments in shared PDFs using Acrobat on mobile.
In shared PDFs, you can manage your comments and review those added by others. Notifications for shared reviews and comment activity appear on the homepage. Each reviewer’s comments are color-coded.
To add, edit, or delete comments, sign in with your Adobe ID. Document owners can delete any comment, while reviewers can delete only their own.

Scroll through the list to view all comments and tap a comment to jump to its location in the document.
Use the navigation arrows to move through the list sequentially.
Perform the following actions on comments as needed:
- To reply: Tap the text box, enter your comment, and select Submit . To tag a reviewer, use @ in the reply field.
- To add a reaction: Select Emoticon and choose a reaction emoji.
- To delete: Select More options> Delete.
- To resolve: Select More options> Mark as Resolved.
To edit a comment you posted, select More options
> Edit comment. Make your changes and select Submit 
to repost.

To filter comments, select Filters from the top menu and choose criteria such as commenter, unread status, or time frame, then select Apply. When filters are active, a bar at the top shows how many are applied. Select Clear all to remove them.
