On the Photoshop on the web homepage, select Upload under Recommended features to add the image you want to animate.

Learn how to use the generative AI to convert a still image into a short AI-generated video.
In the Tools panel, select Generative > Image to video.
In the Prompt field, type an effective prompt to describe the motion or action you want to add to the image.
Select the Duration for the video.
Select an Aspect ratio and Resolution for the video.
Select the Motion and Effects, and turn on the Audio if you want sound in the video.
Select Generate to create the video.
Note
Once the video is generated, it opens in the Video preview dialog. Download the generated video or access it later from the Generation history tab.
