For Premiere Elements 2025

The Premiere Elements 2025 has the same workflow and usage except: 

  • Music is available on the left-side panel compared to audio track options, which used to be included in Layouts in Premiere Elements 2024.
  • The browse on computer option isn't available, and you can now add media from Organizer and the computer using the Add media option shown on the left-side panel.
  • User-uploaded audio tracks are no longer available in Premiere Elements 2025.

Follow these steps to create the Highlight Reel:

  1. Select Add Media to open supported media files, i.e. photos and videos, to create the Highlight Reel.

  2. Select Create > Highlight Reel.

  3. In the Highlight Reel view, drag and drop the media in the order you want to use them in the Highlight Reel.

    Uwaga:

    Use the Delete button to remove the unwanted photos or videos. 

    Drag and drop the desired media to create a Highlight Reel.

    Wskazówka:

    Select the Mute media audio checkbox to remove the audio which came with your input videos.

  4. Within the Layouts section, you can choose the desired layout that aligns with the specific requirements of your preferred social platform. Various presets for FacebookInstagramYouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat are provided in the Layouts section.

  5. Optionally, select the desired audio track from the Audio Tracks section in the workspace. You can even upload audio tracks from your system by selecting the Upload audio from computer button available in the Audio Tracks tab. 

    Audio Track section is displayed with Curated Tracks and Your Tracks.
    Select the Audio track to use it in your Highlight Reel.

  6. AI and automation quickly turn your clips into videos that draw people in by focusing on motion, close-ups, and your highest-quality footage. You can preview the generated reel and even customize it by selecting the Change the Look button.

  7. Optionally,  you can change the audio track by using the Audio Tracks options available in the left panel.

  8. Select Export to save the Highlight Reel for easy sharing. 

    Uwaga:

    Select the Edit in Timeline button if you'd like to make any further edits to the Highlight Reel.
