Auto Analyzer does not run when Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements is installed at custom location having special characters.

Auto Analyzer does not run when Elements Organizer, as a part of Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements, is installed at custom location that has special characters such as High ASCII, 5C, Cyrillic, Surrogate Pair, Japanese 1-2 byte, 2-byte numbers.

Solution

To resolve this issue, uninstall Photoshop Elements/Premiere Elements, and install them at the default location or at a location that has only English characters.
