Access the Acrobat Sign legal notices

The Acrobat Sign legal notices are available to the public for review through the Legal Notices option on the pages that the public and agreement recipients have direct access to.

The Legal notices contain current links to the following:

  • Adobe Copyright 
  • Adobe Trademark
  • Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Preferences
  • Third-party notices, terms, and conditions

Recipients can review the Acrobat Sign legal notices from either:

  • the web login page at https://adobesign.com/public/login
  • from the e-sign page when interacting with an agreement.

Access the Acrobat Sign legal notices from the web login page

  1. Select the question mark icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Legal Notices from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select the link to the document in which you are interested.

Access the Acrobat Sign legal notices from the e-sign page

  1. Open the agreement by selecting the Review and sign link in your email notification.

    The "Review and sign" email with the link highlighted.

  2. Accept the Terms of Use and Consumer Disclosure as prompted.
    Depending on how the sending account is configured, the Terms of Use and Consumer Disclosure can be presented in different ways, all of which are conspicuous in the interface to direct the recipient through the process.

  3. Select either:

    • The Options menu in the upper-left corner
    • The question mark icon in the upper-right corner
  4. Select Legal Notices.

  5. Select the link to the document in which you are interested.
