Uploading documents
Error uploading a document due to a digital certificate.
This error triggers when a transaction that requires a written (or “wet”) signature is uploaded with a digital certificate, such as a digital signature, is attached.
The document must be printed and physically signed with a pen. No form of signature other than a manually applied signature will be accepted.
After the document is signed, it must be scanned into a PDF file and uploaded to the Acrobat Sign system using the emailed link.
