Steps
Navigate to Setup > Build > Installed Packages.
Click the Uninstall button for Adobe Sign.
Select one of the following options:
- Save a copy of this package data for 48 hours after uninstall
- Do not save a copy of this package data after uninstall.
- Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components
Click Uninstall.
