With In-Person signing, the sender can render the signable agreement on their device, skipping the need to open the agreement from email. Adobe sign iOS app can be downloaded from: https://itunes.apple.com/in/app/adobe-sign/id481082197?mt=8

Steps
Add documents and recipients and click Sign.
Sender is asked to pass the device to the signer.
Signer has to verify that he is the intended signer and then he can sign and submit the document.
Additional information
In-Person signing can be used only for the first signer. Sender can use Host signing option for the additional signers.
