Learn how to edit text with missing fonts to prevent broken text.
Select OK in the warning message that appears.

Illustrator will substitute the missing fonts with the default font and highlight the text.
Edit the text.
To remove the highlight from substitute fonts, select Edit > Preferences > Type (Windows) or Illustrator > Settings > Type (macOS).
In the Preferences dialog box, deselect Highlight Substituted Fonts, and then select OK.
