Learn how to adjust path smoothness in Illustrator using the Smooth tool.
You can smooth rough or uneven paths in Illustrator using the Smooth tool. Use it to refine hand-drawn paths, reduce irregularities, and create cleaner curves in your artwork.
In the Smooth Tool Options dialog box, do any of the following:
- Drag the slider toward Accurate to closely follow your cursor movements and preserve the path’s complexity.
- Drag the slider toward Smooth to reduce the number of anchor points and simplify the path.
Select OK.
