Issue
The Welcome screen appears each time you start Dreamweaver, even though you selected "Don't Show Again."
Solution
This issue occurs when you have not disabled this option in the Preferences dialog as well. Ensure that you disable the Welcome Screen in the Preferences dialog box.

In General, deselect the option Show Welcome Screen.

In the left panel, select Sync Settings.

Click Sync Settings Now.
