To create coach marks for a tool in the Tool Bar, you will use a recorded coach mark. This includes tools hidden in flyouts. Please avoid using the Frame Tool in a tutorial. You cannot record a coach mark for the Frame Tool. Below is a detailed breakdown of recorded coach marks for Tools.
