Learn how to create pie shapes using the Ellipse tool in Illustrator.
Drag to draw an ellipse. Press Shift as you drag to draw a circle.

To view the on-screen control widgets of the live shape, enable Show Shape Widgets in the Control panel.
Drag the pie widget to create a pie shape.
Select View > Show Bounding Box if the Bounding box is not visible.

You can use the Transform panel to modify pie shapes precisely. Select Window > Transform to open the panel and define each slice’s angle in the Pie Start Angle and Pie End Angle fields.
