Issue
When you launch Adobe Muse or Creative Cloud Connection on Windows XP or a Virtual Machine after applying an update to Adobe Application Manager, you are prompted to sign in.

Open Binary directory inside installation directories. Locations for product and operating system are listed below.
Muse
On Windows 64 bit: \Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Muse\META-INF\AIR\extenstions\com.adobe.ims.extentions\META-INF\ANA\Windows-x86
For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Muse\META-INF\AIR\extenstions\com.adobe.ims.extentions\META-INF\ANA\Windows-x86
On Windows 32 bit: \Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Muse\META-INF\AIR\extenstions\com.adobe.ims.extentions\META-INF\ANA\Windows-x86
On Mac: /Applications/Adobe Muse.app/Contents/Resources/META-INF/AIR/extensions/com.adobe.ims.extensions/META-INF/ANE/MacOS-x86/IMSLibANE.framework/Versions/A/Libraries
Creative Cloud Connection
On Windows 64 bit: \Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Connection (64 Bit)
On Windows 32 bit, it's generally \Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Connection
On Mac: /Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud Connection/Adobe Creative Cloud Connection.app/Contents

Rename the binaries IMSLib.dll (Windows) or IMSLib.dylib (Mac) by adding ".bak" to the end of the filename (for example, IMSLib.dll.bak).
Бележка:If it's necessary to update Muse or Creative Cloud Connection, ensure that you have restored the original files or perform a reinstall of the application.

Download and extract the new version of the file, then place it in the same folder as the original. The download link is below these instructions.

Launch Muse/Creative Cloud Connections and log in.
