Check the basics first
Identify any installation conflicts.
- If you have a firewall, it may be interfering with the install. Please contact an administrator to help you disable it temporarily to install Creative Cloud apps.
- Sometimes antivirus software can interfere with the download. See your antivirus documentation for information on temporarily disabling virus check.
Try a different download link.
If none of the solutions above resolve the issue, try downloading the application directly. You'll need to sign in from the upper right corner of your browser and enter your Adobe ID and password.
Uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop App
The Creative Cloud desktop app is critical for working with Adobe apps but if you’re having problems installing apps because it has been corrupted, you should uninstall and reinstall it to fix the problem.

Double-check to make sure your issue isn’t related to system requirements. If that doesn’t resolve it, your issue could be related to your router setup, hardware firewalls or proxies, and/or other advanced connectivity issues.
