Your Adobe ID is usually the email address you first used when you started your membership, or purchased an Adobe app or service—and it’s the key you need to access your Adobe account.
You can access your Adobe account in any of the following ways:
Sign in at https://account.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password. You can also use your social account (Facebook, Google, or Apple) to sign in.
Do you know that you can also access your Adobe account using the Creative Cloud desktop app? Open the app by clicking the Creative Cloud desktop icon in the Windows taskbar or macOS menu bar. Sign in to the app and select the Account icon in the upper right. Then select Adobe Account in the menu that appears.

If you have multiple email accounts or changed your email address since you originally purchased, try using your other or previous email address.
