Learn how to find your Billing History in your Adobe account and print your invoice.

Here's how to do it

  1. Sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app or web login with your Adobe ID (usually your email address) and password.

    If you’re already signed in, click your name in the top navigation bar.

  2. In the pop-up pane, click Manage Account. You may be prompted to enter your password to verify your identity.

    Your Adobe ID account management screen will open.

  3. In Plans & Products, click Manage Plan.

  4. In Billing History, find the invoice you want to print and click the Print button next to it.

    A PDF copy of the invoice or receipt will appear in a separate browser tab.

  5. To print the invoice, click the PDF viewer’s Print icon or choose FilePrint in your browser.

    If you don’t have a PDF viewer installed on your computer, you need to install Adobe Reader.

    Adobe doesn’t provide monthly automated email invoices at this time.

Good to know:  If you have a Creative Cloud for Teams or Enterprise membership, only a primary administrator can view the billing information associated with your account.
