Capture entire webpages, documents, spreadsheets, and conversations, without manually stitching together multiple screenshots. You can then annotate, edit, and instantly share your capture directly from Express Photos.

Common use cases for Scroll Capture

You can use Scroll Capture for the following common use cases.

  • Quick sharing: Capture entire one-pagers, dashboards, and spreadsheets in a single image. 
  • Market research: Grab and share full webpages, app interfaces, and reports for easy review. 
  • Saving conversations: Document long Slack, Teams, or Discord threads for HR, legal, or project documentation. 
  • Archiving evidence or receipts: Save invoices, checkout carts, change logs, and confirmation pages for future reference. 

How to use Scroll Capture

Open the webpage, document, or conversation you want to capture.  

Press PrtScn key or Win + Shift + S to launch Adobe Express Photos. 

In the floating toolbar, select Scroll, then choose the window you want to capture. Adobe Express Photos automatically scrolls and capture the page. 

Crop your screenshot and/or use markup tools to add text, shapes, arrows, or highlights if needed. 

Paste and share your capture instantly in email, chat apps, presentations, or documents. 

FAQs

Yes. Adobe Express Photos will automatically scroll until it reaches the maximum scroll length or you select Stop capture.

Yes. It works with supported browser windows, documents, spreadsheets, and many desktop applications with scrollable content. 

Your completed screenshot is automatically copied to your clipboard so you can paste it immediately into another app or document. 

Yes. Scroll Capture in Express Photos is free to use. 

Yes. After capturing, you can paste the screenshot into Adobe Express Photos or another application and save it in multiple image formats.
