Co-teachers have the same access and functionality as the lead teacher, allowing them to fully support students and manage classroom activities.
Co-teacher capabilities
Co-teachers can:
- Add or remove students.
- Create and manage assignments.
- View and comment on student projects.
- Access class galleries.
- Receive the same classroom notifications as the lead teacher.
Visibility to students
The names of co-teachers will be visible to students when they invite students to a class or assignment, or comment on the students' work.
Classroom access and notifications
Once invited, the class will automatically appear in the co-teachers' Classrooms tab in Adobe Express—even if they miss the email notification. The email simply serves as a helpful reminder.
Limits and requirements
Co-teachers must:
Use education-verified Adobe accounts, typically with school email addresses.
Belong to the same district or an approved organization setup as the lead teacher.
In addition:
You can add up to 100 co-teachers to a classroom.
The lead teacher can remove co-teachers at any time from Class settings.
