Customize the Adobe Express homepage experience for Enterprises

Learn how an Application Manager can customize the Adobe Express homepage experience for their organization. 

Note

These steps apply to Adobe Express Enterprise plans for users assigned to the Application Manager role. Learn more about roles and permissions in Adobe Express for Enterprise. 

Set custom banner

On the Adobe Express homepage, open your Account menu and select Manager Hub.

Select your account avatar in the top-left corner of the homepage to open the Account menu.

Select View settings on the Adobe Express application manager role card.

Select Modify   next to Custom banner.

From the Select brand dropdown, choose a brand. The brand's colors and logos will appear, and the first color and logo are preselected. You can change the color or logo and preview your changes.

Select Update banner, then Save changes.

Set featured templates

On the Adobe Express homepage, open your Account menu and select Manager Hub.

Select View settings on the Adobe Express application manager role card.

Click Select templates next to Featured templates.

In the Browse modal, select the project containing the folder of templates you want to feature.

Choose the desired folder and select Select folder.

Preview how the homepage will look. Here, you can drag and reorder templates as they appear on the homepage, or remove your selection altogether.

When finished, select Save.

Tip

To ensure your members create on-brand content, you can hide Adobe Express templates from the homepage by turning off the Show Adobe Express templates on your homepage toggle in the Adobe Express stock templates section.
