AI Assistant is under active development and testing, and we are collecting feedback to improve the experience. Access is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. AI Assistant is available on Adobe Express Premium plans, on desktop, and in English (US) only. Use of AI Assistant is subject to Adobe's Terms of Use.
To use AI Assistant, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have a personal account (not part of Teams, Enterprise, or Education plans).
- Have an active Adobe Express Premium subscription. If you're currently on a free plan, you can upgrade to a premium plan to gain access to AI Assistant.
If you're on a free plan and want to upgrade for AI Assistant access, first visit the AI Assistant landing page to check availability. Access might be limited if we're at capacity, so we recommend confirming before upgrading.
No sign-up form is needed to join the beta. You can visit the AI Assistant landing page to get started. If you meet the eligibility criteria, a welcome message will appear. Access is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If capacity has been reached, you'll see an option to join the waitlist.
AI Assistant is currently available only on desktop.
While the general use of AI Assistant does not consume generative credits, prompting AI Assistant to generate a new image will consume generative credits in the same way as using the Generate image feature in Adobe Express.
AI Assistant helps you explore, create, and edit content with just a few prompts. Current limitations of AI Assistant include the following:
- It interprets prompts to perform design actions but doesn't engage in back-and-forth dialogue.
- It doesn't retain user memory, past projects, or offer personalization features.
- It doesn't support every Adobe Express feature. If a prompt isn't supported, you'll receive a notification, and you can try to rephrase or explore the supported capabilities.
AI Assistant is available worldwide, except for China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. However, it's available in English (US) only.
Use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons on generated results or submit feedback using the more options menu on the prompt box. Learn how to provide feedback on AI Assistant. You can also join the Adobe Express community to exchange ideas, ask questions, and get tips.
