Unable to access assignments

Try these solutions if you are unable to access assignments in Adobe Express for Education. 

Incorrect role selected during account setup

Verify your role in the Adobe Express account.

If needed, contact your teacher to add you to the assignment or update your role in the classroom.

Invalid class code

Verify the class code or link provided by your teacher.

If it’s incorrect, ask your teacher to resend the invitation or provide a new code.

If the issue continues, sign out of Adobe Express and rejoin using the updated invitation link or code.

Incorrect school credentials

Sign in with your school email address.

Account is disabled

If your account has been disabled, contact your school or district IT administrator for support.
