Save Adobe Express projects in AEM Assets

Learn how to save your Adobe Express designs directly to Adobe Experience Manager Assets, with options to set the format, destination folder, and metadata.

Follow along with any project to learn how to save Adobe Express projects in Adobe Experience Manager Assets.

Open the Adobe Express editor and add assets to your design. 

In the navigation bar, select Share.

In the Share dialog, navigate to the Storage section and then select AEM Assets.

Note

The AEM option in the Share dialog is available only to those with edit or write permissions to the AEM repository. 

In the Assets dialog, configure the export options:

  • Select Current page or All pages to save.
  • Enter a file name in the Save as field. 
  • Select a format, like PNG, JPEG, PDF, or MP4, from the Format dropdown.
  • Select the folder icon to choose a destination folder.
  • Select the metadata values in the Project or campaign name, Keywords, and Channels fields.

Select Upload to save the design to Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
