Customize your PDF Space Overview to control how recipients experience your content. You can reorder items, refine AI-generated summaries, and add audio, text, and images.
PDF Spaces lets you organize a collection of files so recipients can navigate the content more effectively.
Read, comment, sign, and stay productive with PDFs on the go.
Arrange the items
Control the structure and flow of your PDF Space by choosing what appears first and removing items you don’t need.
Select Edit from the top-right corner of the page.
Touch and hold the drag tool for an item, then drag it to the desired position.
To edit the title, select Edit , update the text and styling, and then select Done.
Optionally, select Remove to remove an item.

On mobile, the Overview uses a single-column layout. Multi-column layouts are available on large screens.
Edit the AI-generated text summary
Refine AI-generated content to reflect your intent before sharing with recipients.
Select the Generated summary to open it.
Edit the text directly to adjust wording, tone, or emphasis.
Select Done to update.
Customize the AI-generated audio summary
Fine‑tune audio content by editing its transcript instead of regenerating it.
Select the Audio Summary item to open it in edit mode.
Edit the transcript directly to revise wording, add context, or remove items.
Select Add content to add a new section, then enter your text.
Select Remove on any item you don’t want to include.
Select Done to apply your changes and refresh the audio summary.
Add and manage items
Create a more engaging and branded experience by adding podcasts, text items, and notes to your PDF Space.
Select Add content from the bottom of the Overview page.
From the toolbar, select the type of content you want to insert:
- Text: Add headings, body copy, or supporting context.
- Files: Attach documents, spreadsheets, or other attachments for recipients to download.
- Notes: Include internal annotations or additional guidance for recipients.
- Podcast: Embed an audio file or podcast episode.
- Image: Upload a photo, diagram, or visual, then crop, resize, rotate, or align it.
Select the content type, upload the required content, and complete the insertion. The new item appears directly below the one you selected.
Optionally, drag the added item to a new position or select it to edit and refine further.

Dashboards, reports, presentations, and video and audio are view-only on mobile.

Create content from your PDF Space
Select Creations, then select to create new content from the files in your PDF Space. Choose from:
- Text note: A summary or set of notes you write yourself.
- Podcast: A generated audio discussion based on your documents.
Your PDF Space now delivers a designed, narrative‑led experience where recipients can quickly understand, listen to, and engage with what matters most.
