Request access to restricted files

Open the restricted file in Acrobat on Android.

If you don’t have access, you’ll be directed to the Request access page. You can also switch to another account if needed.

Select Request access.

A confirmation message indicates that your request has been sent. The file owner is notified and can review it under Manage access in Acrobat on the web to approve or reject the request.

Once you receive the approval notification via email or Acrobat web, open the file to access it.

Open the restricted file in Acrobat on iOS.
